Instruction manual included. Condition generally good. The slide door has faded and the clip which locks the door open has fallen off (see photos) so the door either needs to be slid out to leave tunnel open, or kept open with stick or similar. Door can be replaced for £5.25 if desired. The bolts and wing nuts connecting the central look out/ hay rack are rusty. Slight bend in one of the metal feet for central look out/ hay rack.
